This is a guy who will drop what he is doing to speak with a customer. Not only is he extremely polite so is his staff. His staff is also polite and aren’t the type that just walk past you like you’re just another customer with a problem. This is customer service at its best by far with a staff that is highly knowledgeable in there field. He also contacted me and asked me how everything was doing that to me is going above and beyond. 10 stars

Joe won’t band-aid your repairs and honestly cares about us (his customers)… There are a lot of back yard diesel guys out there but Joe Harms ISNT one of them… He tells you exactly what needs to be done to get the most out of dependability and performance of your diesel and I really appreciate that!!! ’07 F250 6.0L Outlaw (125,000 miles) – I compared 6 different shops from VA Beach to just north of Richmond. Relatively speaking, Joe might be a little more expensive than comparable shops; HOWEVER, the shop, his TEAM, his work ethic, attention to detail, and expertise/knowledge is UNMATCHED! I’ll be the first to tell you that there were small “red flags” that popped up when discussing my needs and wants for upgrades/repair to my truck with other shops. They did not seem to understand that there was more to be done for the truck than just installing the hardware that I had purchased… additionally, in my personal opinion, do NOT trust your truck to someone that has NOT been Ford certified or confirmed as a master mechanic. Most “off-road shops” are only good for installing lift kits, tires, rims, etc., but cannot be entrusted to care for your engine the way Ford intended. That being said, Joe treats your truck with as much attention to detail as he would his own. I have now put more than $12,000 worth of parts and labor into my truck in order to get it to perform the way I want it too and the way it should… Joe has made a customer out of me for life! ***REMEMBER: you get what you pay for… if you do it right the first time, you will come to appreciate how truly awesome the 6.0L can be! Thank you again Joe for all that you have done and continue to do, by demonstrating why your shop is the best in the greater Hampton Roads area
