  • I cannot say enough good things about these guys. I have a 2007 F350 6.0 that I knew needed an oil cooler and EGR upgrade but couldn’t find anyone I felt would do the “whole” job the way I wanted until I came across Joe and his crew. Joe listened to my concerns with my truck, gave me options on how to fix each one, diagnosed and resolved every concern I had, and stayed in touch with me the whole way through the process. Joe and his team know power strokes in and out, they are not going to miss anything and they back up their work.   • This is a guy who will drop what he is doing to speak with a customer. Not only is he extremely polite so is his staff. His staff is also polite and aren’t the type that just walk past you like you’re just another customer with a problem.   • Dropped my obs off at PP&R for some pretty extensive upgrades, Joe kept my up to date throughout the entire process and gave me my options at every point. I am 100% happy with the results, I also experienced some of the best customer service, at pick up I experienced minor electrical issue (no one’s fault, just a moody old truck) and the crew stayed helping from about 6 to 9pm to get me on the road. Bottom line you can’t put a price on experience and customer service! Wouldn’t trust my truck at any other shop.
